Kauai Farmacy’s new Kava Tincture has been crafted with the intention to support restoration and clarity of mind. Its grounding root energy is considered a potent relaxant medicinal herb. Kava originated in Polynesia and is now widely consumed throughout the world. 
 
Kava can help dissolve feelings of stress and anxiety by quieting the mind and relaxing the body. With sedative qualities, Kava helps promote restful sleep, reduces pain, and eases overwhelming feelings. Used over time, Kava is also known to help reduce cravings for depressant drugs.

We planted this sacred Kava plant over three years ago and harvested the root to freshly craft this small batch tincture.  We use the revered Isa variety and recommend starting slow and easing into the medicine with 5-7 drops. Notice it's potent, profound effects and proceed intentionally from there. Its grounding island energy is what makes Kava an extremely effective restorative herbal medicine, connecting us even more deeply to this ʻaina (land).
