This rich, bold herbal recipe is creamy in texture; has a sweet, decadent flavor with a hint of spice and is loaded with antioxidants and immune boosting nutrients.
⠀ RECIPE: Combine these life-enhancing ingredients into your blender:
Papaya Smoothie Bowl - serves 2
Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 large or 2 medium frozen papayas
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbs Noni Honey (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Garnish:
- cacao nibs
- fresh mint
- ground macadamia nuts
- Rosemary sprig
- moringa leaves
Banana Sauce:
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp noni honey
- sprinkle of sea salt
Process:
1. Create banana sauce by blending bananas with water, honey, and sea salt. Set aside in small pitcher in your refrigerator.
2. Prep desired toppings and garnishes. Set aside on a plate or in bowls.
3. Create the smoothie bowl base by blending fresh frozen papaya with water, honey and sea salt. Set aside in freezer if necessary while setting your table/bar.
4. Get creative and enjoy! Serve in bowls or setting up a smoothie bar/buffet works great too.
2 medium onions
4 celery stalks diced
1 red bell pepper diced
1 bunch cilantro chopped
4 cans coconut milk (fresh if you have it)
3 cans Heart of Palm (fresh if you have it)
3 cups corn off the cob
4 tbsp Botanical Broth Blend
3 tbsp coconut oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a medium sauté pan or stockpot; sauté 1 onion rough chopped and celery in coconut oil, and cook until tender. Add two cans Heart of Palm, coconut milk, and Botanical Broth Blend. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes or until some broth has evaporated.
While that is cooking, combine remaining julienne red onion and bell pepper in a
sauté pan, and cook until tender. Chop the remaining can of Heart of Palm and add it to the onion and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside once onions and peppers are cooked.
With immersion wand blender, blend the coconut botanical broth mix until smooth. If you do not have an immersion wand blender, add broth to a Vitamin and blend until smooth. Add sautéed onion, mix in cilantro, stir well, and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Makes about 1 gallon.
1lb Baby bellas
1 tbsp Kauai Farmacy Ginger Powder
1lb Exotic mushroom (we used King Trumpet)
2 bunches green onion chopped
1lb Spinach or cooking green of choice
4tbsp Botanical Broth Blend
2 Kombu strips
1 package Wakame
5tbsp Coconut oil
In a large stockpot saute scallion and mushrooms until tender. Then add 1 gallon water to pot, Botanical Broth Blend, and Kombu strips. Bring to a rolling boil, then cover pot and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Pick out Kombu. Add Wakame and spinach greens; cover and let cook for another 10 minutes. Salt to taste.
2 lbs carrots chopped
1 Green onion chopped
4 tbsp Botanical Broth Blend
1 tbsp Kauai Farmacy Turmeric Powder
Combine all ingredients in a stockpot with 1 gallon of water. Cook until carrots are tender. Blend with an immersion blending wand until smooth. Salt to taste. Garnish with macadamia nuts and scallion.
4-5 cocos (meat only - medium to mature)
5 cups of coconut water
8 Kaffir lime leaves
1 and 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1+ tsp curry powder
2+ pinches chili flakes
1 small habeñero
1 freshly squeezed lime
Directions:
Blend all above ingredients until smooth
Chop spinach and steam 15 minutes, pour dressing over cooked spinach and mix until satisfied.

Ulu base
Ingredients:
4 medium size unripe Ulu (Breadfruit)
2 bunches cilantro chopped
2 bunches green onion
3 carrots grated
5 Bele Spinach (Edible Hibiscus) leaves chiffonade
2 cups ripe curry berries (pitted)
Directions:
Score and steam Ulu whole. Skin it with knife and core it, then dice into small chunks. Add to large mixing bowl with green onion, cilantro, carrots, hibiscus, and ripe curry berries. Once dressing is made, pour over and mix thoroughly.
Dressing ingredients:
3 cups Macadamia Nut oil
2 lemons juiced
1 jar of Kauai Farmacy Curry Blend
1 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup lemongrass chopped
2 tbs salt
Dressing Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender, pour over remaining Ulu base and mix well. Salt to taste and enjoy!
Use the Cassava amount that suits your needs - For this recipe we filled a Cuisinart pitcher halfway with pressure-cooked Cassava.
To prepare the cassava, peel and chop into cubes and pressure cook for 30 minutes
Once you have pressure cooked cassava, add in
2 sprigs chopped Green Onion
1 pinch Moringa Powder
1 pinch Annatto Seed Powder
1 pinch Curry Powder
3 pinches sea salt
1 fresh teaspoon Marjoram
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
3-4 sprigs Thyme 9 (can substitute Savory Blend in place of rosemary and thyme)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon
Grease Baking pans with coconut oil and spoon 3/4 inch rounds ~half inch apart.
Preheat 330 degrees
Bake for 46 minutes until lightly golden brown
Serve with guacamole or your favorite dipping sauce!
Ingredients:
1 apple-banana
1 medium mature coconut's meat
1/4 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon Ginger Honey
1 tablespoon Honey
2 pinches sea salt
1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
spritz of lime
Directions:
Vitamin ingredients high speed until creamy
Spoon into serving dish
Decorate with fresh berries (mulberries in photo)
Sprinkle with cacao nibs (powdered)
Garnish with garden mint
Large Soup ~ approximately 25 servings
1.5 gallons water brought to a boil
20 carrots, shredded in food processor
Separately,
2 cups coconut meat vitamixed with
1 cup coconut water
Once water is boiling, add shredded carrots
4 tablespoons Ginger Powder
4 tablespoons Ginger Honey
3 Tablespoons Savory Powder
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1 lemon squeezed
3 Tablespoons sea salt
Remove from heat, add the coconut meat & water from vitamix.
Garnish with Moringa Powder or your favorite savory herb!
