Hearty Herbal Granola

INGREDIENTS: Raw Cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, dried apricot, apple bananas, coconut, raw local honey, Kauai Farmacy Love Potion Tea, ground cinnamon, lychees or local seasonal fruit of choice, spring water or coconut water (all organic). SERVINGS: four KITCHEN TOOLS: High-speed blender (Vitamix), sharp knife and cutting board. MILK RECIPE: *Option one: Coconut Milk - Place 1+ cups of soft coconut meat in high-speed blender; add 2 tablespoons of Kauai Farmacy Love Potion Tea; fill blender to fill-line with spring water or fresh coconut water; blend thoroughly. *Option two: Nutmilk - Place 1.5 cups raw, organic cashews (or nut of choice) in high-speed blender; add 2 tablespoons of Kauai Farmacy Love Potion Tea; fill blender to fill-line with spring water or fresh coconut water; blend thoroughly. GRANOLA RECIPE: Place coarse-chopped medley of raw, organic nuts in 4 serving bowls; fine-chop 5 dried apricots and slice 4 apple bananas; add fruit to nuts; pour nutmilk over fruit and nut mix just prior to serving; dust with fresh, ground cinnamon; drizzle honey to taste; dress with apple banana sliced long-ways; Enjoy!
