Allspice Macaroons

Place the meat of 3-4 mature coconuts, 1/2 of a ripe ulu (aka breadfruit) cored and skinned (tender to touch), 1 teaspoon allspice powder, 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon, two pinches Hawaiian Alae sea salt and a 1/2 teaspoon macadamia nut oil into a Cuisinart. Blend until mixture is combined thoroughly with a coarse texture. Coat baking pan lightly with coconut oil. Preheat oven 330 degrees. Form medium size mounds (1-2 inch rounds) onto pan about 1/2” apart. Drizzle Allspice honey on each mound and dust with cinnamon. Bake until golden brown. Drizzle Allspice honey on mounds once more, plate and serve with your favorite Kauai Farmacy tea!
