Ulu Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1 ripe ulu

3 cardamom seeds

1 & 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon 

1/2 teaspoon Allspice Berry Powder

5-7 Apple Bananas (sub any banana)

2 pinches Hawaiian Sea Salt

2 heaping tablespoons Ginger Honey or Allspice Honey

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/4 cup mac nuts (sub cashews)

2 pinches Cacao Olena Powder




Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

Blend everything in vitamin or blender

Generously coat baking bread mold with coconut oil

Pour batter into mold

Bake 40 min (time will vary depending on oven, bake until can stick skewer in and remove cleanly)

Use spatula to cut around bread and remove upside down onto baking sheet

Glaze with Allspice Honey
