Refund and Exchange Policy
This policy governs all purchases made from Kauai Farmacy ("Kauai Farmacy," "we," "us," or "our") through shop.kauaifarmacy.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any product, including for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions carefully, and contact us with any questions before placing your order.
If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel it if we receive your request before the order has been fulfilled. Cancellation is not guaranteed until we confirm it with you.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will, at our discretion, either:
(a) replace the affected product with the same item at no additional cost to you, if that item is available; or
(b) if a replacement is not available, issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the affected product.
To make a claim, email info@kauaifarmacy.com [within 7 days of delivery], and include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph of the product and its packaging. We reserve the right to review each claim and to determine whether a product is damaged or defective. Store credit is issued as a Kauai Farmacy gift card, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
3. Exclusions
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, or through misuse or improper storage, are not considered defective and are not eligible for replacement. Gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Farm Tours and Experiences
Bookings for farm tours and other experiences are governed by the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking, not by this policy.
5. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
