Coconut Mango Ice Cream
Add the meat of three fresh mature coconuts.
Blend in vitamix on low to start then to high.
Garnish with mac nut, mint leaves or desired topping.
Option: Drizzle allspice honey to finish and enjoy!
Keep chilled.
