Grounding feet in the New Year,
Spreading wings so we can soar.
Freeing hearts for they will guide us,
Clearing minds to then explore.
Strengthened bodies be our vessels,
Calming breath serve as our guide.
Nature's plants be our medicine,
So we may all Feel More Alive!
