MORINGA, The Herbal Superfood

MORINGA oleifera: Indigenous to India and renown in parts of the world such as the Philippines and Africa as a superfood; this tree with its small oval-leaf clustered-sprigs is one of the rare foods that provide us with all the essential Amino acids we need to survive. Amino acids are responsible for new cellular growth. Loaded with vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, and C, iron, manganese, copper, phosphorous, magnesium and zinc, it is a smart choice to add Moringa to everyone’s diet.
