Melissa offiinalis
Bestowing a bright aroma and uplifting essence, Lemon Balm benefits the human spirit and physical wellbeing. It’s latin name, Melissa, means “honey bee” in Greek, hinting to its attributes of joy, composure and productivity.
A tonic herb of a gentle nature, Lemon Balm supports the nervous, digestive, cerebral, cardiovascular and reproductive systems. It brings balance and restoration by way of relaxation and is particularly attuned to stress-related disorders.
Uniquely, Lemon Balm promotes a calm and collected state of being. It soothes the nervous system, quelling chaotic nerves and cooling conditions of excess heat. By acting on the limbic system in the brain, Lemon Balm also improves mood, temperament, memory and the ability to concentrate. With its well-rounded and light-hearted approach, Lemon Balm is a successful herbal antidepressant and also suitable in conditions of irritation, irregularity, depletion and debility.
Lemon Balm is a superior herb for renewing spirited health and maintaining a fresh approach to life. It is gentle enough to remedy children, yet strong enough to abate unwanted viruses. The queen bee of a hive, in fact, prefers Lemon Balm nectar for her royal jelly, proving its efficacy for achieving health, abundance and peaceful acceptance.

I absolutely love this lemon balm. It calms my anxiety, soothes my nerves and assists in fighting my EBV virus. I carry it with me every where and take it 2–3 times a day. For the extra boost I need to fall asleep at night, I increase my dose just a bit and my mind stops racing. I’ve used a lot of different supplement brands and I can feel the quality is extraordinary in your products!
