My curry spice just arrived today and there is only one word magical not only because of its divine taste and how good it feels but actually because it is healing my body! I just purchased the curry powder for the first time about three weeks ago, and all I can say is WOW! I can taste all of the flavors, and it is amazing. The kaffir lime gives it the right about of citrus flavor. The Hawaiian chili pepper and ginger gives it the perfect amount of heat. This curry powder is just WOW! I do not mix it with anything, I just take a pinch of it everyday as it is because it is just that good. I will be purchasing more.
My family does not eat curry. We smelled this when we visited the farm and were like, "this isnt curry." It's better. In fact, its the best thing ever. We put this on our eggs every morning. I made chicken in the Instapot and included it in there as well. It goes with absolutely everything. It's the bom! Planning on ordering more for friends as gifts.
