Kauai Grown
We are pleased to introduce a medicine cabinet of mindfulness herbs blended into an exquisite tea. It is with the intention of maintaining a harmonious body-mind system that we have crafted our newest tea blend, Claritea. As the name indicates, this tea contains a collection of plants to help cultivate cognitive clarity, attention to presence, and a more finely tuned perceptual system.

Claritea is designed to help us bring more awareness to our thoughts, emotions, and motives of our actions. From Artists to Architects, Athletes to Accountants, parents and students, everyone needs clarity to execute their duties and dreams with ease and grace. We're excited to offer this elevating blend of herbs that can support your manifestation.

The blend is designed to support:

• Our Mental Body (creative system)
• Our Emotional Body (energetic system)
• Our Digestive System (whole body foundation)
• Our Nervous and Circulatory System (pathways and communication)

Each system is supported by three herbs and all of the herbs present in the blend support one another by having constituents that address each individual system and also create a harmonizing effect on the system as a whole. Real clarity comes only when all of these systems are supported and engaging with one another.

The Herbs of Clarity

Our blending and formulating crew hand selected very specific herbs for this delicious and stimulating blend.

Rosemary, Gotu Kola, and Brahmi support our mental body (and the nervous system).

  • Rosemary has been treasured by scholars and students for its brain stimulating properties. It may help in longterm and short term memory issues.

  • Gotu Kola is food for our brain. It clears the mind and may promote cellular nerve regeneration in the brain improving cognitive function.

  • Brahmi (Bacopa) has a grounding and calming effect on the mind. If your thoughts tend to spiral, Brahmi may help you to find your center and stay focused.

Blue Vervain, Sage, and Tulsi Support the emotional body (and the nervous system).

  • Blue Vervain may assist us in letting things go and really calms and cares for the nerves in cases of extreme stress.
  • Sage helps us to get in the flow and clears the emotional body of any stagnation. Sage has also been used extensively in tribal cultures in times of mourning or grief.
  • Tulsi is an adaptogenic herb and calms us while uplifting our spirits at the same time. To me Tulsi feels like a long, loving hug.

Turmeric, Mulberry leaf, and Cranberry Hibiscus are included to aid our digestive system.

  • Turmeric is the king of anti-inflammatory’s. It also supports our metabolism and aids in digestive disorders.
  • Mulberry harmonizes the functioning of the liver and pancreas. In traditional Chinese medicine the leaves are used to treat diabetes and help to control weight and blood glucose.
  • Cranberry hibiscus, besides tasting yummy, provides a rich supply of nutrients. This gorgeous deep red herb is packed full of antioxidants, calcium, iron, and B vitamins that are easily assimilated into our whole system.

Lemongrass, Plantain and Cinnamon leaf lively up our circulatory system.

  • Lemongrass keeps the blood moving and may boost red blood cell levels. It also removes toxins from the blood.
  • Plantain has a secret power. Mostly touted as an external wound healing herb, plantain used internally is a wonderful support to the lungs. It may also aid in supporting healthy kidney function which helps the body to eliminate toxins.
  • Cinnamon Leaf is one of my favorite herbs for lifting congestion and stagnation up and out of the body. It has a wonderful warming and harmonizing effect on our circulatory system and is used in this blend to bring all the herbs to where they need to go.
