There are no words to describe how much the ‘Women’s Wellness’ tea has changed my life. My menstrual cycle has always been something that I dreaded, like everyone else, because my experience was awful. As long as I can remember, I have had extremely painful cramps, vomiting, etc. I had been to the doctors many times trying to find a solution to this or something that would minimize the amount of pain I was having. Their only solution was to put me on birth control to ‘regulate’ my cycle and help with the cramping and pain. I opted to go on birth control at the recommendation of my doctor and was on it for three years. Once I realized the effect that it was having not only on my body but my mind as well I stopped using it. Although it was helping with my pain, the negatives outweighed this. As I stopped using it, it took over a year for my body and mind to go back to normal. The pain came back and I knew that I would just have to deal with it. My boyfriend has always been kind and considerate by constantly looking to find something that would help me, so for my birthday he reached out to Kauai Farmacy, and found this special blend that he thought might help. He did not realize how much it would in fact help me until I started to see unbelievable results. I started by drinking it a week before my cycle and all throughout. The first time that I had it, I didn’t even realize it was happening. That in itself was a miracle for me. I didn’t have any bloating or other symptoms that one would usually have ahead of time. Then I noticed some other changes as well – it felt as if my body was beginning to clean out all of the toxins that were in my system. My skin was clear and I felt energized. It was very clear to me that there were changes happening in my body and that this tea was the reason. I have since been drinking it daily and the monthly excruciating pain has gone away. Of course, as everyone does, I have symptoms but nothing that is unbearable. My cycle was always a full week and now it has been shortened by a day, sometimes two. I never thought that I would feel this way, and that all of these changes were possible from a tea, I wouldn’t have believed it myself if I didn’t personally experience it first hand. This is why I feel that it is important to share my story with others who may have the same symptoms and are looking for help. I finally feel that my cycle and body are being ‘regulated’ in the most natural way and it has given me mental clarity and a whole new outlook on life. Like many, I discovered Kauai Farmacy herbal teas through Dan’s videos. The beauty of the gardens drew me in immediately and when Dan interviewed Doug and Genna I could feel the love and passion they put into their tea. I poured over their website reading every products ingredients and testimonies. I was particularly drawn to the Woman’s Wellness blend. The description sounded amazing and exactly what a female needs for balance and vitality. I researched all of the herbs in the blend and I decided that my next paycheck no matter what I am buying this tea. I knew it would be one of the best purchases of my life, and it was! The tea arrived a little over a week later and I was giddy with excitement when I saw that little package sitting in my mailbox. Before even opening the package I could smell a sweet delicious scent that became even stronger when I opened the actual canister. This tea was unlike any I had seen from the store, the colors were bright and vibrant and the smell filled the whole room. The best part though was the taste and it was heavenly! Earthy and sweet it was truly a delicious tea! I received the tea at the end of my last moon cycle so I had a full month to experiment with the affects of this tea on my upcoming cycle and myself. The first thing I noticed after drinking it everyday for a week was that I felt much calmer. I drive a lot in Nashville and it can wear your nerves pretty thin to be in a car everyday for over one to two hours plus. I felt more present and calm in driving and did not feel strung out from it. As the weeks went on I began to notice my nails were stronger and growing faster. My hair as well was growing faster, was more smooth and strong. The best part of all though was when my moon cycle came around. I felt more in tune with my body and I knew the day that I would start again. Yet this was different than other times, there was no cramping or bloating. I did not break out in acne. I felt peaceful and calm with hardly any mood swings. It was even shortened by a day! I can’t thank Dan enough for introducing me to this incredible tea and I am truly blessed by Doug and Genna and all the others at Kauai Farmacy, who put their love and compassion so genuinely into their tea garden.

I absolutely love the women's wellness tea and I have better menstrual cycles because of it. Ever since I was a late teen I always had that brown menses at the start of my cycle, severe cramping, tons of clotting and horrible moods and just chalked it to being a normal part of my cycle. I found out later that the brown is uncirculated or poorly circulated blood from my previous months cycle. The older I got the worse it became along with my mood. When I started the women's wellness tea last month at the start of my cycle, can I tell you, my cramps went away, the brown blood went away, the clotting stopped and my mood was so much better. I drank 2 cups a day the whole week during my cycle and it was a breeze and the same goes for this month. I absolutely love the women's wellness tea because it made my menstrual cycle much better and easier. I don't drink the women's wellness everyday only because the puritea and immunitea are my everyday teas, but the women's wellness saves me every month and I will always keep it on hand. OK.. you guys my tea arrived yesterday. I had to go out & purchase a tea strainer as I didn't have one. One thing I want to say when I first opened the container the freshness it has smelt so good, even though the tea is like fifty bucks it is worth every penny. Ok getting on to the good part. drinking the tea for the first time ever. I made just a cup and added 1 big tsp BIG mistake.. it ONLY needs a little not a heaping big spoon full, as a little goes a long ways!! 1 tsp to 1 cup. It needs NO sugar it has a sweet but flavorful taste to it, and I feel like if you add sugar it will just mess up the taste of the tea, so drink just as it is, that's what I did. Will I purchase again? Let me finish this container first, and I'll let you know, for now yes I'm happy better than any store bought tea that I have bought at Wholefoods ever!! I really love the Lemongrass & Lavender in it :) Cathy B.

I discovered Kauai Farmacy on Nick Polizzi's REMEDY video series. I was intrigued by what is grown on the farm so I logged onto the website and ordered the Women's Wellness Tea. About a month after drinking 1 tsp. of tea DAILY, I have noticed a difference not only in my nails but also with my periods. I am in my mid forties and two years ago my periods got off track in a major way. I began bleeding for two weeks instead of for one. I tested this product to see if it helped regulate my periods and it has! My period began two days ago and I am heavily bleeding today! Now I know that's not good news, really, but considering what I have been through the past two years I consider it a miracle! I am ordering more today and will join the subscribe and save program. Thank you, Kauai Farmacy for what you are doing and for partnering with Nick Polizzi in educating the masses on how to help our bodies stay healthy. I am going to try your other products as well.

Women's Wellness is delicious and relaxing. I have been drinking it everyday for two weeks now. It is relieving significant tightness and cramping in my lower back and hips I have associated with auto immune stuff which I never before associated with my cycle. I really don't know which was causing it. Maybe both. I'm just happy for the relief and looking forward to finding out if over time it cures it completely. I feel calm at times my anxiety would normally kick in. This is my experience so far. Tea just hasn't tasted good in the past but this one is worth it for the taste alone. It tastes slightly different and better even every day. I haven't been drinking it long enough to comment on stronger hair and nails but how cool that others have experienced it.

As a woman with the age of a fine wine, I have entered the dreaded perimenopause phase. My emotions became scattered and extreme along with very painful breasts, bloating and water retention. My NP diagnosed me with PMDD, which is an extreme form of PMS in women with hormone sensitivity. There isn't really a good western treatment for PMDD so I sought advice for my osteopathic doctor and coupled her homeopathic remedy with this tea. While my cycle was wonky for a couple months, I immediately noticed my emotions became stable again, my breast tenderness reduced, and my cycle is much easier to deal with. Silly me ... I must have been having an off day when I wrote my previous post saying I wasn't a fan of the flavor because of the Hibiscus. I've been having a cup almost every day, and my taste buds now appreciate the depth of the brew and the subtle hint of "pepper" which must be the ginger. If anyone is on the fence and hesitating because of my review, go ahead and buy it. I was wrong ... I admit it.

I bought the Women's Wellness tea for myself and my daughter (age 16). It has a very mild taste and smells good. We have been using it for about 3 weeks (I just ordered my second tin) and I can say I definitely feel calmer and less irritable. I can tell the tea is helping. I will continue to drink this tea daily. I also have recently purchased several other KF products and look forward to reporting back on my experience!

Just when I thought I could not give up coffee, I was introduced to Kauai Farmacy's Women's Wellness which I absolutely adore. I don't know what it is doing for me but I know that I drink it religiously and have not drank coffee in almost two months due to this beautiful tea/ritual.

I just received the women's wellness tea. I just have to say the smell of the tea is wonderful and it taste lovely. I am so happy I order the tea and will be buying again. It is worth every penny. :)

I used 1 teaspoon of the tea before bed and although I don't see alot of calming herbs in there, I slept like a freakin' baby! so fresh, so good... thanks Dan... this farmacy is amazing!

This tea is great and I find that my menstrual cycle mood and sometimes the anxiety that goes with it changes for the better if I manage it with this tea. Thanks for the great product!

It's delicious and I know it's good for me

I've only had about 4 cups of this tea so I can't speak to its effectiveness in balancing hormones.This tea, along with the Vitalitea, seemed to look the freshest when I opened the container for the first time. It is as if I walked into my own non-existent garden and snipped the herbs myself. So fresh! I bought Women's Wellness specifically for the blood circulation and anti-inflammatory properties, and I imagine I should drink a cup daily for several days before I would notice any effects, particularly in inflammation. This is the fifth tea I've purchased from Kauai Farmacy and probably my least favorite ONLY because I am not a fan of Hibiscus in tea. My husband had a cup and likes it because it has a fuller body to it while I prefer the softness of the Tranquility or Wellness tea (not Women's Wellness). If I feel a difference in body inflammation after going through the tin, I'll reorder, otherwise, I'll stick to Vitalitea, Wellness, Love Potion and Tranquility. So many teas, so little time. If I could, I'd have a cup of each tea every day but I'd probably float away in bliss. I just received the Healing Balm which I will review after I've used it for a week or two. Stay tuned.

This tea tastes and smells great. It's very calming and I feel incredible when drinking it. I just think that if you genuinely have strong menstrual irregularities or hormonal imbalances (e.g., PCOS), you might want to look into a stronger dosage of chaste berry. I went to my naturopath and got something more effective for me (specifically), but also kept drinking the tea. It's delicious :)

I love the smell of it and it tasts really good. It gives me a kind of balance ... Fine tea!
