My poor husband is allergic to all kinds of pollen and pine and often gets sinus infections/irritations. Instead of going to the doctor for sinus medicine and having to endure an awful antibiotic (and it's side effects) I asked him if he'd like to try this tea 2-3 times a day for a week and see if we could get it to heal on it's own. I drink this tea daily to help lower my blood pressure and because it's delicious, but I also noticed in the Kauai Farmacy description that it was good for respiratory system and inflammation so I thought it might help his sinus issues. He drank 2 or 3 cups across the day every day for 4 days and it was completely gone! It is really powerful stuff - full of goodness and tastes delicious. I like to breathe in the lovely aroma of the leaves & herbs when I open the tin to make the tea - it smells so fresh and wonderful.
