5 large slices White sugarloaf Pineapple

6 Apple Bananas

1 Tangerine (seeded)

2 whole mature Coconuts (water and meat)

1 cup Spring Water

1 tablespoon loose leaf Wellness Tea

1 tablespoon Cacao Olena

1 teaspoon raw organic Honey

INGREDIENTS:

  • Three medium-sized tomatoes
  • One large ripe avocado
  • The juice of two kumquats (can substitute the juice of one lime)
  • One small sweet onion
  • 1 large pinch of Kauai Farmacy Savory spice blend
  • 2 large pinches of Kauai Farmacy Curry spice blend
  • One Hawai’ian chili pepper (or spicy pepper of choice)
  • Dash of Hawai’ian sea salt (or other sea salt)
  • One teaspoon cold-pressed olive oil

*all organic

SERVINGS: One

KITCHEN TOOLS: Sharp knife and cutting board.

RECIPE: Using Kauai Farmacy Superfood Culinary Spices: Chop one large avocado, three medium-sized tomatoes, fine chop one small sweet onion and one Hawai’ian chili pepper; place in serving bowl; squeeze the juice from two kumquats or one lime, add dash of Hawai’ian sea salt, one pinch of Kauai Farmacy Savory Spice and two pinches of Kauai Farmacy Curry spice, toss thoroughly and Enjoy! Kauai Coconut Curry Pumpkin Bisque:

This high-vibration recipe is a blend of spicy and savory all in one; originally crafted from 100% Kauai-grown farm produce. Try crafting this recipe with as many local, organic, fresh ingredients as you can find and Enjoy! Ingredients: Pumpkin; Hawai'ian chili pepper; fresh Curry leaves; fresh Rosemary, Kauai Farmacy Curry Blend & Savory Blend; fresh thyme; fresh oregano; 1 small lime (zest of the rind only), Coconut meat; Coconut water; Makalea spring water; local, raw, organic honey; & Hawai'ian sea salt
  • First, remove the pumpkin skin with a veggie peeler.
  • Next, remove the seeds & soak them in bowl filled with water to separate the seeds from the pulp (This simultaneously plumps up the seeds) – This can later be used to make Spicy Pepitas for a light snack or to garnish your bisque (Spicy Pepita Recipe)
  • Chop pumpkin into cube size chunks & place in slow-cooker with approximately 1 inch of water blanketing the top of the pumpkin cubes; Add 1 tsp Kauai Farmacy Savory Blend; 2-3 pinches of Hawai'ian sea salt; and the supple parts of 1 Rosemary sprig; for 4-6 hours on low, or until tender.
  • Open 4-ish semi-mature coconuts; Blend soft-ish coconut meat and coconut water with 1 full shoot of curry leaves (raw); 3 tablespoons Curry Blend; 1 teaspoon Savory Blend; 5-6 stripped fresh thyme sprigs; 1/2 of fresh, raw, Hawaii'ian chili pepper (no seeds); 3 tablespoons of Raw, Organic Local Honey; grated lime zest from 1 small lime; and Hawai'ian Sea Salt (to taste); blend until smooth (add spring water to get to a milk-like consistency if needed).
  • Place slow-cooked pumpkin cubes into blender & slowly add in Spring water until the soup becomes a mash consistency; Add Coconut Milk Mixture to thin mash; blend into a creamy soup consistency.
  • Garnish with fresh stripped Thyme – Alternative option: garnish with home-made Pepitas.
  • Serve hot or chilled
  • Makes 6-8 servings

Herbal Super Soup RECIPE: Delectable medicine for the body and soul. Yeehaw!
  • Carrots diced
  • Celery diced
  • 2 bunches fresh chopped parsley
  • 3 medium cloves garlic
  • 5-8 large tomatoes pureed
  • 1 cup brewed Vitalitea
  • 6-8 sprigs fresh thyme (stripped)
  • 4 leaves mexican oregano (fine-chopped)
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 3-4 teaspoons Curry Blend (add more for more heat)
  • Hawai'ian Sea Salt (add to desired taste)

Add enough water to cover all ingredients (by a couple of inches) in a slow cooker (with the exception of Vitalitea, Curry Blend and Sea Salt). Slow cook for 4-6 hours on low. Brew Vitalitea separately. Add Vitalitea, Curry Blend and Hawai'ian Sea Salt just before serving. Stir ingredients thoroughly. Ladle into serving bowls. Garnish with parsley leaf. Reicpe:

  • 1/4 cup Sprouted sunflower seeds (can sub with other seeds/nuts of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Raw Macadamia Nuts (can sub with other seeds/nuts of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened, shredded coconut (set aside 1/4 cup for coating)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Local, raw, organic honey
  • 12 pitted dates (can substitute figs, or other dehydrated fruit of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Olena Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Endurance Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon (optional-for coating energy balls if desired)
  • 2 ripe bananas (preferable apple-bananas for sweetness)

 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until sticky and coarse in texture (do not blend smooth)
  • Coat hands with raw, organic coconut oil
  • Roll mixture into truffle-size balls (about a teaspoon each)
  • In separate bowl, pour additional shredded coconut flakes.
  • Roll balls in the shredded coconut flake bowl until balls are lightly coated.

Plate and Enjoy!

Refrigerate leftovers or additional batch for later weekly enjoyment – lasts up to 1 week.

Cacao Olena Coconut Veggie Wrap

By introducing Cacao Olena and Curry Blend into this recipe, we receive the health benefits of 9 additional mineral-rich, nutritious herbs. This on-the-go meal boosts immunity, balances metabolism, supports the heart and liver, and prevents cell oxidation that can lead to illness.
  • Slice carrots into sticks
  • Slice mature coconut meat into sticks
  • Chop leafy greens
  • Lay 1 coconut wrap on flat surface
In a separate bowl combine until creamy:
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons raw, organic, nut butter of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Olena powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Curry Blend
  • Add small amount of water for desired sauce consistency if needed.
Place sticks from corner to opposite corner into coconut wrap; add a small handful of lettuce; drizzle sauce along bed of lettuce; fold over bottom of wrap first; then slowly roll and tuck lettuce as you go for a snug wrap; apply a small dab of nut butter to seal the end of the wrap. Serve and Enjoy anywhere!

Kauai Farmacy Roselle Jam RECIPE
Can you say Mmmmm?!?
A fun, experimental recipe turned into a delicious condiment packed with life-enhancing wellness herbs: Roselle, Tulsi, Kauai Vervain,  Lemon Balm, Cranberry Hibiscus &  Stevia .
  1. Shuck 4 dozen roselle buds (Only the outside petals) - Can also substitute with any delicious fresh fruit of choice
  2. Pour water over the roselle petals until they are just fully covered
  3. Add two tablespoons of Kauai Farmacy Children's Wellness Herbal Tea
  4. Add two slices of fresh orange peel
  5. Place on stove top and brew until full-bodied (approximately 15 minutes)
  6. Strain red Roselle liquid into a clean saucepan (you can strain by pressing back of spoon into stainless steel mesh or hand-ring through cheesecloth)
  7. Add organic local honey and reduce down on low heat until liquid thickens (spoon test: dip spoon; liquid should still pour freely off spoon, but will also coat the spoon)
  8. Remove from heat. Pour into a glass mason jar
  9. Allow to cool to room temperature & Enjoy!

SPICY CURRY PUMPKIN BISQUE: with Kauai Farmacy Curry Spice Blend

SPICY PEPITAS

  • Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl of water to separate pulp from seeds.
  • Soak for 3+ hours (the more you soak them, the more they will plump up)
  • Strain & place seeds on oven baking pan.
  • Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees
  • Drizzle cold-pressed organic olive oil over the seeds
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly coated
  • Spread seeds out evenly on pan surface
  • Bake until golden brown
  • Dust generously with Kauai Farmacy Curry Powder immediately after removed from oven.
  • Add Hawai'ian sea salt to taste
  • Toss to evenly coat
  • Serve as a light snack
  • Or use Spicy Pepitas as a garnish in our Spicy Curry Pumpkin Bisque.

A simple SALAD DRESSING packed with HERBAL nutrition

This is how we make SALAD In OUR HOME:
Chop 1 large cucumber, dice 3-4 fresh tomatoes, sprinkle equal parts Savory Blend and Curry Blend (2-pinches of each), fresh-squeeze the juice of 1 lime, drizzle cold-press olive oil (or sesame oil), and add a dash of coarse pink sea salt. Pair it with your favorite tea and Voila! An enzyme, vitamin & mineral-rich meal.
salad dressing ingredients:
  • Savory Blend: (Bele Spinach, Tulsi, Moringa, Oregano, Garden Sage, Pineapple Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley, Tarragon, Katuk) 
  • Curry Blend: (Curry Leaf, Turmeric, Galangal Ginger, Ginger, Kaffir Lime, Hawaiian Chili Pepper)
  • Lime juice
  • Cold-press oil (Olive or Sesame)
  • Coarse sea salt
